Give
yourself this moment.
It's
all there is.

For
every action there is a reaction
and a re-reaction
. . .

The
Mirror
Sit in silence; hear the whisper of
your heart
Be still to know when
you must stand
Search inward and discover the world
Find yourself and
discover me
Look at me and see you
Now you know
You have uncovered the
greatest mystery

Once
you let your life passion
out of hiding

That
which we seek to heal in meditation, also stands before us barring

This is beauty.
Dare we be as possible as a
child?

What
is the most important time to meditate?
When you're too busy to do it.

In a
busy life, how can we find time to meditate?
You can't find the time if
you say you can't.
Don't "find the time".
Take it. This is not theft. Your time was always yours.
