The available land is approximately 1,660 acres of freehold, part of "Lot 36" in the map below
and there is also the prospect soon of being
able to combine this with another 1,240 acres of perpetual
lease land (Commonwealth Crown Lease) at a greatly reduced cost per acre. The

The land is proven as highly suitable for
breeding goats and can support large numbers
of these animals if required. Power and phone are not connected into this land

The Macintyre is permanent water. It's fed from a dam and doesn't run dry even in drought.
There's about 1.3 miles (2.1 km) of frontage to the
Macintyre River
